Women’s Self Empowerment Week.

This week is Women’s Self Empowerment Week. What better way to start the year. This is a time for women to reflect on and feel good about their accomplishments, role in society, as well as establish new goals for the future. Too many of us have fallen into the habit of depending on others for what we think, what we do, and who we are.

Check out the following links to help you on your journey to self empowerment:

Hey Alabama!
Haven't see n you are in awhile. So tell me, are you a fan of wls or against it?

It cured a lot of my ailments drastically. Tossed the asthma medicines, blood pressure, fatty liver is gone, sleep better, joints are happier and back aches are gone too. For all of that I gave up sugary stuff.
It really hasn't been difficult for me in any way. Except for that time when I drank orange juice in the am. OY
Cheers bama Happy New Year!
